CANCELLATION POLICY
At Gaudie & Company, we want your shopping experience to feel just as personal online as it does in our stores and that means our policies work the same way too.
THE SHORT VERSION
All cancellation requests are issued as store credit. We do not issue refunds to your original form of payment. This applies to in-store and online purchases.
ONLINE ORDERS
If you need to cancel an online order, please call us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. At that point, please refer to our Return Policy.
An order is considered processed when one of the following has occurred:
- Our team has pulled your order and it has been transferred to our warehouse or alternate location
- Your in-store pickup has been pulled and you've received your pickup notification
- Your online order has already been picked up from our storefront for shipping
FINAL SALE โ NO EXCEPTIONS
The following cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:
- Sale items โ anything purchased at a discounted price is final sale
- Personalized orders โ including any custom pieces
- John Hart special orders โ if your John Hart piece is a custom color order, it is a special order and may take 4โ6 weeks. Please call before placing your order to confirm what we have in stock.
STORE CREDIT
- Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue
- Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or applied as a refund to your original form of payment
HOW TO CANCEL
You must call us to request a cancellation. Emailing does not guarantee your order will be cancelled, orders process quickly and may ship before an email is seen.
